Aluminum balls are very light and have excellent electrical and thermal conductivity. Aluminum has strong corrosion resistance but low mechanical strength. 6061 aluminum ball has good corrosion resistance and wear resistance, and the surface finish is very good. Due to the chemical composition of Si and Mg, 6061 alloy can be heat treated to improve the hardness.
